Stripping ALL attachments would also strip PGP signings from emails, since
signings come as attachments.

A email virus scanner might not be a bad idea; I believe there's a free
Linux-based email scanner available somewhere. Perhaps limiting attachments
to some ridiculusly small amount - 2K - would allow PGP signing attachments,
but not infected binaries.
