[PLUG] validating XML IDE?

Hi all,

	I was just wondering about whether or not there is a validating XML IDE 
for Linux? I use that XMLSpy at work (http://www.xmlspy.com/), which I 
have come to rely on for XHTML validation. Is there anything like that 
for Linux? Can Quanta do this? Does anyone know of anything like this?
