Wow. I've been spending too much time staring at various OS's i386
kernel code. I parsed cli() there as the C function named for the
IA32 instruction it wraps, which disables interrupts. (sti()
reenables them.) :^>

Isn't the preferred form of this clui? (You know, those who can use
one are cluey, while those who can't are just gooey?)
