Istr seeing something in cdrecord's docs claiming it could deal, but
you should probably double-check that yourself.

I'd say it'd be a good idea to wait on DVD-RW till there's any kind
of a standard if you want consumer DVD-ROMs to be able to read the
DVDs you create. If you just want a lot of storage space, it's maybe
what you want.
