For those of you running RH (i am running 7.1) and connecting via static 
config to Comcast/@home.  Here are the directions i followed to set up dhcp 
for the big switch weds.

the dhcpcd section and the the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 
are the relevent ones.
