[PLUG] KDE Demos for all

Greetings
I know you are probably tired of hearing me rant about how great KDE is, but
on the off chance you or your company/school/computer club/grandmother would
like to hear more I would be willing to give KDE technology demos outside of
the PLUG. Some of the features that KDE 3.0 will have may be of interest for
some plug members:
	*	Native webdav support for all KDE applications
	*	Graphical Regexp debugger and editor
	*	Even more scripting and automation
	*	Speed and Javascript improvements to the web browser
	*	Improved DCOP interfaces (If you don't know what dcop is then
you REALLY need to talk to me, think IPC with a twist of CORBA)
	*	XML based help system that will handle man, info and html pages
	*	Flashy new image effects and image IO for graphics developers
	*	Stable and robust API for developing PalmOS conduits
	*	New text support that can even support languages like Hebrew
		(even going the correct direction)
	*	Scripting engine layer to allow embedding of generic scripting
languages into your applications (Ruby, Python, Perl, Scheme, TCL)

There are quite a few smaller improvements that I am willing to talk to you
or your company about. I am also willing to give developer demonstrations to
anyone interested in developing applications that are compatible with KDE
technology. FYI to developers we have an awesome and portable audio/video
media layer in KDE that is very easy to develop under. We also have a wide
variety of services to offer everything from Drag and Drop and printing
services to things like simple things like spell checking.

If anyone is interested please let me know, either on the list here or in
private. I know there are quite a few developers here who may benefit from
KDE so a public forum would be the best. KDE cannot save the world from
absolute destruction, but it can enable you do develop both web and linux
application content much faster ;)

Cheers
