Does anyone know of a utility that can possibly block out bad sectors on a HD similar to what W9X does. Scanned HOW TO's. Couldn't find anything. Maybe missed it. Older machine. Odd configuration. No option in bios to boot from cd. Needs booting from the floppy to access the cd. May have a bad sector on disk. Attempting to load SuSe 7. Would like to give a shot to fixing disk before replacing it. Any ideas or suggestions?
