Hey, I'm not confused! Of course, it's the download time, this takes up the lion's share of the time. I'm thinking of setting up an apt mirror, but I don't have resources to make it public (yet). :( Anyway, when you want an upgrade it's total time: download + installation that matters. Of course there are differing reasons for this.
