[PLUG] "Groupware" solutions?

Anyone have any suggestions for a "groupware" solution that will host 
on Linux (Debian) or Mac OS X, supports web and/or desktop (Mac & 
Wintel) clients AND (somewhat most importantly) can sync with a Palm.

I am willing to look at both open source as well as commercial options...
