[PLUG] mutt 1.4


It is, apparently out, being as I got it from NetBSD's pkgsrc
earlier today. (See the User-Agent: above. :^>)

Haven't played with the new stuff yet, but much of it (or, at least,
what the NetBSD committer saw fit to put in the pkgsrc CVS commit
message ;^>) has to do with dealing with SSL and various other
secure ways to talk with IMAP/POP3 servers internally and sleekly.
Which rocks, conceptually.
