The simple solution is to do one basic large install in some directory, 
I don't remember what Star actually suggested for 5.2.  After doing that 
installation, log on as one of the users, and then try the setup file, 
it will copy a limited number of files and create the files necessary 
for that user to store workproduct in that user's home directory while 
mostly using the files in the original directory.  If I remember 
correctly, there was about 2 megs per user overhead.
