Actually, to distribute any versions at all. Modified or not. Remember the 
whole part about - if you distribute, you must make the source available. And 
by distribute, you should probably include making copies for others or 
installing for others (friends, enemies, relatives, coworkers, ...).

Again, the point is to be aware of the license. And, if you are really opposed 
to it, maybe you should look elsewhere for a license more to your liking. Or 
better yet, think about what the license does for you (and to others). Then, 
look at what the other licenses do for you.
