Its also perfectly legal to run with scissors :) All kidding aside yes you can mix it but you must follow rules as to not confuse the compiler. Basilcy by the time you get done mixing things and you are not careful you should have enough of a mess that you end up calling on some list asking for help as to why your code dosent work. Do we even know if he is processing the file with gcc or g++? As someone who has made quite a bit of money cleaning up after C programmers who commingle C and C++ freely I should probably encourage it... but what can I say I am still idealistic :) - -ian reinhart geiser -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE9EUaDPy62TRm8dvgRAh+5AKCOHVyoQOMpffFgYNUfwxB+Eku2PgCfUzwI +UQGrh1q+5ZwxmIfZlyS++w= =kCpm -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- ______________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group - http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements-http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mail/listinfo/plug
