[PLUG] off-topic - WAP Programable Phones

I was looking at the VoiceStream site and their WAP development pages are a
free registration.

Also note that this fall, the JSP/Java Servlet/CGI guru at Penn State Great
Valley Continuing Ed is supposed to start a 7 week course in WAP programming
in case you (or others on the list) want to get into WAP, but need a little
handholding. The site for courses is
http://www.gv.psu.edu/Continuing_Education/CE_Courses/CE_Course_Schedule_Fall_
2002/
