I was looking at the VoiceStream site and their WAP development pages are a free registration. Also note that this fall, the JSP/Java Servlet/CGI guru at Penn State Great Valley Continuing Ed is supposed to start a 7 week course in WAP programming in case you (or others on the list) want to get into WAP, but need a little handholding.
