Here in Philadelphia we have a very active LUG (PLUG) which is also
very active with keysigning party's.  If any one in your Lug happens
by our area, shoot an email over.  Likewise if any of us are on our
way to the UK we should do the same.  
I think it great way to connect the LUGS!
