[PLUG] Got the pppoe to work


Basically, don't bring the eth0 up on boot, don't associate it with an IP name,
and use dhcp (?) to get the IP addresses and all of that.

Also, I had to complile a ppp kernel module plug in.  There's information about that in the rp-pppoe doc directory.  This is required for 2.4 kernels.

I'm back on the dca.net connection until sometime Saturday.
