Well ... it actually started as unstable. When I did the upgrade, that's
when the file disappeared. So I uninstalled apache; changed my sources to
testing; and re-downloaded apache (figuring that the unstable version got
compiled wrong this week, or something). Nope; the version in unstable
seems to be the same as what's in testing - 1.3.26. At least, that's the
same file that got downloaded both times.

It is kinda goofy, tho.
