[PLUG] Quicksync for Linux?

Iomega provides a windows program called Quicksync. You define
directories that you want to back up and a back up interval. At every
interval, Quicksync checks the files in the defined directories and
makes a copy (including the directory structure) onto a zip disk. It
prompts you if a zip disk gets full and you end up with a copy of these
directories that you can take and use anywhere. Great as a backup and
a way to access the same data at multiple unlinked or offline locations.

Is there a similar program for Linux?
