[PLUG] inexpensive hosting providers that support mod_perl?

Does anyone know of any web hosting providers that support mod_perl
that are relatively inexpensive? I have a site hosted with he.net, and
they're a good value for the money ($24.95/mo, php/mysql/100mb of
storage, etc.).
I would prefer mod_perl to other development environments.
