FOR:
- my distribution, Red Hat, comes with many tools and applications that 
I find useful and entertaining
- stimulates learning
- fits my budget
- has capabilities (which most regular uses don't care about) that 
market-dominate OSes lack

AGAINST:
- some things are more difficult to configure
- people look at me like I'm an Amiga fanatic
- can't find a job which focuses on Linux

Do I need to be more specific?
