I've done some messing in this area since I acquired a 19 inch rack cabinet for myself. Basically you can get 1u through 5u cases that will fit standard ATX mobos and use all your old parts. They should all transition w/o any problems. 1u and 2u cases recquire riser cards because the pci slots go horizontally instead of vertically. These cards usually come w/ the case. A decent starting point is http://www.electroseller.com for equipment. They are a little shady about "Free shipping" deals where they just raise their normal pricing but otherwise they have lots of stuff to choose from. Basically anything that fix the ATX mobo form factor and is the correct width for your rack will work fine with all your old parts. Have fun! Since these are all in desktop cases they take up way too much room and make our server room look like a PC graveyard.
