KMail, Evolution, mutt - most of these come preconfigured to do that; you just have to tell them what your specific keyid is, and where the gpg program is. But most major mail clients have gpg hooks built in. Not using Netscape/Mozilla mail, I don't know that it does, but I wouldn't be surprised. If you use one of the free webmail services, like Yahoo or MSN or whatever, then you have to compose your mail using the editor of your choice; save that msg as a file; do the encrypting as the other responses indicate; then send THAT. And you'd only be using the webmail service to send, not compose or read, the encrypted mail. -- PGP Fingerprint: 0AA8 DC47 CB63 AE3F C739 6BF9 9AB4 1EF6 5AA5 BCDF Member, LEAF Project <http://leaf.sourceforge.net> AIM: MikeLeone Public Key - <http://www.mike-leone.com/~turgon/turgon-public-key.asc> Registered Linux user# 201348 _________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug
