Can you please give a link on where to download Disk Copier for FreeBSD?

You can't. It's one of the proprietary Apple apps built on top of BSD/Mach for OS X.

But the point of it is, there is a good tool for it on OS X which means that if it's not there already someone is going to want to copy it to the rest of the *BSD (and Linux) world.

I'd have to think there is some way to do this via the loopback filesystem on Linux.

One other method I've heard of but have not used is the Rubber Hose filesystem. Might want to google for that.
