[PLUG] Any reason NOT to get an HP OmniBook 2100 (is: wanted busted laptop for use as server)

Any reason NOT to get an HP OmniBook 2100 for a low load file and print
server?
Both http://rpmfind.net/linux/LLHP/welcome.html and

http://brendanburns.dyndns.org/linux/ which is currently not there (and I
wanna pull the trigger.)
