I thought I would update you on my Verizon DSL PUC case. I had a court
date but I decided due to personal workload etc. that I would not persue
it. Also in articles I have seen recently it appears that there is a large
suit in the works regarding Verizons lack of progress in supplying
broadband to it's customers. The bottom line is that DSL rollout sucks and
will for the forseeable future.
