[PLUG] System Clock

The installation of Red Hat 7.2 set up ntpd, but it never seemed to be
working. So I read the accompanying html documentation and the web site
at the University of Delaware on ntp.conf and added a few more servers
(level 2). While I think that got it "working", it did not get it
"working properly". At least that is what I think. Here's why.

My time was way off so I decided to force an update by running rdate.
Though rdate set the correct time, something -- and this is where I
suspect ntpd -- keeps resetting it 12 hours behind.

Any ideas?
