> Subversion is in debian unstable. Neither is in debian testing. Last time I checked, the subversion client is in debian unstable, but the server is not. I used the debian package to get svn client which was able to check out server source and built it. Lots of dependencies. I think that the server needs apache2, neon, and berekeley db. Perhaps it needs other things as well. Although it finally built properly, I don't think that I ever got the server to do what I wanted. Probably a configuration problem. I haven't looked at it for a few months as there are other things to do and cvs works great for my purposes. It is nice to see what's out there on the open source horizon, however. Anyone have experience with other open source cvs replacements?
