[PLUG] Installing Linux Problems

Greetings,
Ive got a laptop with no CDROM and no Floppy installed. Its got a PCMCIA
network card in it, but im haveing problems with loadlin on it.

When I boot into winders and use loadlin, but it seems to not want to use an
initrd bigger than 4mb. I seem to remember things about this with ramdisk
max sizes, but lilo has not problems with the same kernel/initrd (save for it
cannot find root)

What im wondering is if there is an easy way (without hacking my own custom
kernel and initrd) to convince loadlin to boot a kernel and mount an image of
the install CD on loopback. Has anyone got any ideas on this? Or am I
looking forward to a long weekend of hacking on this ;)

Cheers
