Yep.

Most of the cases these days have a place to put a fan right under 
the power supply.

On my main system, I've added a blower that sucks air out of the top 
of the case and pushes it out the front. (You can buy these at the 
store, in fact I have one of those, but this home-built one has a 
higher capacity.)
