[PLUG] Repair techs that make house calls?

Can anyone recommend a company/person that will make a house call to
Center City to diagnose and fix problems with a Dell computer running
Windows XP?
My aunt is having problems and I can't spend the time to fix it - I'd
like to get her a professional she can call whenever there are
issues...
