I have had Cavalier DSL/Local/LD service since January. It's nice to
finally have a static IP and not pay extra for it. The service is
RADSL which dslreport.com defines RADSL as: "A version of ADSL where
modems test the line at start up and adapt their operating speed to
the fastest the line can handle."). See this article for details
http://www.adslguide.org.uk/qanda.asp?faq=radsl.

I've never had any issues outside of getting Hellrizon to provision
the line. With taxes and all, the bill comes in at just under $100 a
month.

I highly reccommend it.
