[PLUG] Sharing Latex document with Word users ?

I knew it would come down to this. My advisor has to able to read my
thesis writeup on the computer screen and to be able to edit them. I write
all my stuff in latex and don't want to switch to Word. What options do I
have other than sending him the .tex file which is cumbersome for him to
look at ?
