One would guess that it refers to the current top of the line P4 with HT...
Hyper Threading. It's currently considered top-of-the-line for Gaming - aka "Workstations."

[However, CGM still rates it below the AMD Athlon 64 Fx-51 ... CGM also calls the CPU "3.2GHz P4 Extreme Edition.]
