The inventor/developer of Ctrl-Alt-Del -- an IBM employee whose name I can't recall -- died last week. In his obituary there was mention of a panel discussion where he shared the speakers panel with Bill Gates. During the discussion, the topic of Ctrl-Alt-Del came up and he was praised as its developer. He replied that he "may have developed it, but it took Bill Gates to make it famous". Gates did not share the audience's laugh.
