What, my current/your former employer's use of "Forms" in Outlook to
provide an irritatingly GUI interface by which to request changes to
DNS and FTP account additions the result of which is a regular
email to the help desk folks that they have to copy and paste the
supplied information out of into the appropriate management
interface doesn't strike you as "effective"?

(Hint for the sarcasm impaired: I agree with Magnus.)
