RE: [PLUG] [OT] Postage on EMail?

Title: RE: [PLUG] [OT] Postage on EMail?

ok, now the BIG question.

Is this money considered taxable income? Who sends out
the 1099's? although right now, paypal isn't taxed unless
you claim it, but if something of the sort becomes a
standard, and people start profiting, taxation won't be
far behind.
