Today I was tring to install wine-20031212 on my mandrake 10 box. I was ablut to "unzip" the .tar but when I try to do the following: [root@localhost wine-20031212]# ./configure checking build system type... i686-pc-linux-gnuoldld checking host system type... i686-pc-linux-gnuoldld checking whether make sets $(MAKE)... yes checking for gcc... no checking for cc... no checking for cc... no checking for cl... no configure: error: no acceptable C compiler found in $PATH See `config.log' for more details. I can not configure it. I am totally new to linux so when something doesn't work they way it should, I am totally lost. Any help will be greatly appricated. _________________________________________________________________ Get tax tips, tools and access to IRS forms ? all in one place at MSN Money! http://moneycentral.msn.com/tax/home.asp ___________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.phillylinux.org/mailman/listinfo/plug
