I found the easiest way to do the upgrade is install apt on your RedHat
9 system, update the apt sources to point to the Fedora tree, and then
run "apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade".  Everything runs smooth
after that.  Might have to manually install the 'fedora-release' RPM.
