Did the download for CD 3 pass the md5sum test?  Does Mandrake have a 
media test like Red Hat offers before install?  Have you tried 
downloading the ISO again?

I downloaded a set of MDK 10 Official CDs and they worked.  You could 
have mine if you're close to Maple Shade, NJ.
