Yeah, that's the still the one. You can now get OpenSSH for Windows, though, but it sticks you in the lame-ass command prompt, so PuTTY's still the best for SSH'ing from Windows.

I use Cygwin for ssh'ing from Window$. It also allows me to do remote X through XDMCP. http://cygwin.com/
