19th and Locust (public library), 19th and Vine (above parkway) - also
public library, the ING cafe, Last drop coffee house on 13th and pine,
21st and Hamilton there is a mailbox store where you have to pay to get
online.

In University City - Upenn's library on 34th and Walnut (on Locust
Walk), Drexel library on 33rd and Market, Upenn's bookstore on 36th and
Walnut.
