[PLUG] Community Service Project

I am sorry to say that due to numerous personal commitments I am not going
to be able to move forward with the project at this time. I still plan on
completing this some day I'm just not sure when. I want to thank everyone
for their support and suggestions and apologize for not getting it off the
ground.
