Hi Art,

The key that is on the key servers is 0xACC5BA7A whereas the key that
you used to sign the latest mail is 0x0823462E which is not on any of
the key servers.  If this is a new public key, then you want to post the
new key using gpg --send-keys key ID.  If 0x0823462E is a new sub key
then you might want to use subkeys.pgp.net since mit does not accept sub
keys.

All, Leon pointed out to me why no one had my key and couldn't get it
from pgp.mit.edu.  The key is available from subkeys.pgp.net.
