[PLUG] OT: Simple HTML Parsing with Perl

Using Perl, does anyone have an example of how to parse HTML markup and report the numbers in the text of a specific link such as the following? (Breathe in...)

I would like it to run once or twice a week and e-mail the results to me. I'm sure I can code it, but I'm hoping for a head start.
