[PLUG] OT: mplayer and ogle on Solaris 10 Sparc

I know this is off topic but I have installed mplayer and ogle on a
sun blade 100 running solaris 10. They run but they are choppy. This
is a 64 bit 500mhz machine with a gig of RAM. What is going on here?
Do I need a more powerful video card perhaps? I thought this machine
would be sufficiently powerful to handle video.
