It's not available in all areas, but I use Verizon FIOS.  It is 5mps
up and 15 down.  It's blazing fast.  They also let you run your own
servers if you don't mind PPOE and a dynamic IP address.  I pay 49.95
a month, and if you sign up online the first month is free.
