I think I did. in the past, the drive I had problems with, didn't keep spitting out tapes,
it wouldn't spit it out at all, but it can't hurt swapping cases just to be sure.

Oh, after I sent that I noticed that you said you had trouble with the
external case in the past. That's a big clue.
