[PLUG] OT: Entry -level position

ACE Technology Group is an IT services company based in Malvern PA seeking a junior computer technician. Windows workstation (2000/XP) experience & excellent customer service attitude required. Linux experience preferred, but
not required. Willingness to use and learn Linux is required.

Hours will be between 8 am and 6 pm roughly, plus a handful of weekends a year. Occasional local driving may be required.

Required Skills:

• Good phone and communication skills

• Organization and planning in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with MS Windows & MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred skills:

• Linux skills (Red Hat, Debian, and Ubuntu)

• Usage of Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice, and Quickbooks

• Windows XPe thin client experience

• Experience with troubleshooting of laser printers
