Dear Professor Moyna,
We are seeking a Systems Support Engineer on behalf of our software
developer and service provider client, Tacoda Sytems
(www.tacoda.com) in Fort Washington, PA.
Key responsibilites include:
Supporting operations of ASP infrastructure
Simulating customer problems to facilitate resolution
Working with development engineering to isolate bugs and improve
the stability of future releases
Participating in a 24 X 7 on-call schedule on a rotational basis
Key Requirements include:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent
training/experience.
· Logical approach to troubleshooting
· Working knowledge of Linux, Windows Servers, SQL
databases (MSSql/Oracle), IIS Apache, HTML, Perl Javascript
· Effective time management
Strong written, oral and visual communication skills
