On the flip side...

One of the most painful things in Rails development is configuring it to
run with Apache + FastCGI.  A lot of people have switched to Lighttpd
instead to avoid the pain.  If any PLUG user gets inspired by Rails and
wants to return the favor with a "Secrets to Painless
Apache/FastCGI/Rails Configuration" talk at a PhillyOnRails meeting,
we'd welcome you with open arms. :)
